Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you post to?
How much is shipping?

Are parcels tracked?

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Palaeoplushies are made in the UK but are posted worldwide via the Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and there are a few different postage options depending on the country you live in.

All International Parcels are sent via a tracked service as default.

Palaeoplushies is based in the UK and does not collect taxes upon checkout. Orders to anywhere outside of the UK will need to go through customs and may incurr import fees which will vary depending on the country you are importing them to.
Orders to the USA below 800USD do not incur customs fees.
Customs fees now applies to EU countries, as the UK is (sadly) no longer part of the EU.

When will you get X item back in stock?

Short answer: I’m not sure!
Long answer: I (Rebecca Groom) am an independent artist in more ways than one and tend to make things on a bit of a whim. The more interest there is in certain items the more likely I am to make them, though!

If you want to be notified when an item is back in stock, there’s a sign-up option on every “sold out” listing. I can also see which items people have signed up for so I know what to make next!
